飞行人员体能训练后血脂、血糖的变化研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨飞行人员体能训练后血糖、血脂、血胰岛素及C肽变化,为物理方法修正飞行人员高血脂、高血糖、高血压提供依据。方法随机选择2012年100名来大连疗养的飞行人员,于持续体能训练3、6个月时检查血糖( fasting blood glucose , FBG )、总胆固醇( total cholesterol , TC )、三酰甘油( triglyceride , TG )、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇( high density lipoprotein , HDL-C )、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(lower density lipoprotein,LDL-C)、血胰岛素及C肽。结果飞行人员持续体能训练6个月后,血糖、血脂较训练前明显降低(P<0.05),训练3个月较训练前血糖明显降低(P<0.01),血清胰岛素明显增高(P<0.01),而C肽则无明显变化。结论飞行人员长期体能训练可影响血糖、血脂水平。%Objective To investigate the changes of fasting blood glucose , blood fat , insulin , and C-peptide in flight personnel after physi-cal training so as to provide reference for the physical methods of correcting hyperlipidemia , hyperglycemia , and hypertension among flight personnel . Methods 100 flight personnel coming to Dalian for recuperation in 2012 were randomly selected , and the changes in fasting blood glucose ( FBG ) , total cholesterol ( TC ) , triglyceride ( TG ) , high density lipoprotein ( HDL-C ) , lower density lipoprotein ( LDL-C ) , insulin , and C-peptide were determined after 3 and 6 months of physical training . Results After 6 months of physical training , the average values of FBG and blood fat were significantly lowered ( P<0 . 05 ) . After 3 months of physical training , the average value of FBG were significantly lowered (P<0.01),and the serum insulin turned significantly higher (P<0.01),while C-peptide had no clear change.Conclusion The long-term physical training can greatly influence the fasting blood glucose and blood fat level of flight personnel .
