院内真菌感染易感因素及预防措施分析

摘要

Objective To understand the risk factors of nosocom ial fungal infection and to sum m arize the prevention and control m easures.Methods 92 inpatients of fungal infections adm itted to our hospital from January 2013 to Jan-uary 2014 were selected as the objects,and retrospective analysis m ethod w as adopted to collect,collate and analyze the m edical records and the analysis results were recorded.Results The age of patients,length of stay,and underlying diseases were risk factors of nosocom ial fungal infections,which meant nosocom ial fungal infection w as the result of com bined action of m any factors.Conclusion M edical care personnel should focus on the risk factors of nosocom ial fungal infection ,adopt pertinent m easures to elim inate or prevent the risk factors,so as to preferably achieve the health and safety of the sufferers.%目的：了解院内真菌感染易感因素并总结预防与控制措施。方法以2013-01—2014-01收治的92例真菌感染住院患者为对象，采用回顾性分析的方法，对其病历资料进行搜集、整理和分析，并对分析结果进行记录和统计。结果患者年龄、住院时间、基础疾病等均为院内真菌感染易感因素，即院内真菌感染是多因素共同作用的结果。结论医护人员应以院内真菌感染易感因素为依据，采用针对性措施对易感因素进行消除或预防，从而更好地实现保障患者身体健康与生命安全的工作目标。
