高载荷(+Gz)作用对高性能战斗机飞行员腰椎退变的影响

         

摘要

Objective To understand the influence of top load (+Gz ) impact on lumbar disc degeneration of high-per-formance fighter pilots so as to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of lumbar vertebral diseases among all army high-performance fighter pilots . Methods The lumbar vertebral CT images and records of diagnosis and treatment on Flight Personnel Health Registration Book of 97 high-performance fighter pilots with lumbar disc degeneration at Xingcheng sanatorium from March 2012 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed to count the recorded flight da-ta . Results The prevalence rate of lumbar disc degeneration ( 27 . 1%) was higher in fighter plane pilots than in other plane pilots,and there was a rising tendency of lumbar disc degeneration along with the increasing flight time(P<0.05). Conclusion High gravity load (+Gz ) was a pathogenic factor for lumbar disc degeneration of high-performance fighter pilots , and the flight time has cumulative effects on lumbar disc degeneration and chronic injury among the pilots .%目的:了解高性能战斗机飞行中高载荷(+Gz )对飞行员腰椎退变的影响,为全军高性能战斗机飞行员腰椎疾病的防护和治疗提供依据。方法回顾性分析2012-03—2013-10兴城疗养院97例腰椎退变飞行员复查腰椎CT影像资料和《空军飞行人员健康登记本》诊治病史记录,统计飞行记录数据。结果歼击机飞行员腰椎退行性变患病率(27.1%)明显高于其他机型飞行员;飞行员腰椎退行性改变随飞行时间增加而有增高趋势(P<0.05)。结论高载荷(+Gz)是高性能战斗机飞行人员腰椎退变特有致病因素,飞行时间对飞行员的腰椎退变及慢性损伤有累积效应。
