根据某双层开启桥的性能要求, 设计了一种混合式液压悬挂系统.对液压油缸结构重新设计, 同时对设计好的悬挂系统进行性能分析.根据伸缩式桥身受力特点, 分别对轴承和油缸进行动静载荷校核, 并根据性能指标对悬挂导向机构的可靠度进行论证.分析结果表明:混合悬挂系统的高度差和载荷变化范围都在合理的范围内, 其均载性和性能指标满足要求, 为类似液压混合悬挂系统的设计分析提供了借鉴意义.%A hybrid hydraulic suspension system was designed according to the performance requirements of a double-layer bascule bridge.The hydraulic cylinder structure was redesigned and the performance of the designed suspension system was analyzed.According to the mechanical characteristics of the telescopic bridge body, the dynamic load and static load of the bearing and the cylinder were checked separately, and the reliability of the suspension guide mechanism is demonstrated based on the performance index.The results show that the height difference and load ranges of the hybrid suspension system are in a reasonable range.Both their load sharing and performance indexes meeting the requirements, which can provide a reference for the design and analysis of a similar hydraulic hybrid suspension system.
