桥式起重机主梁静挠度有限元分析的约束条件

摘要

以某32 t-28.5 m双梁桥式起重机为对象,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS APDL,研究采用不同的约束条件对主梁垂直静挠度的影响.将有限元分析的静挠度结果,与理论计算以及经纬仪差值法测量得到的实际静挠度结果进行比较,研究得出合理的主梁静挠度有限元分析的约束条件.其研究结果可为起重机主梁静挠度的仿真计算以及主梁的优化设计提供参考.%Taking the 32 t-28.5 m double beam bridge crane as an object,this paper studies the influence of different constraint methods on the vertical static deflection of the main beam with the finite element analysis software ANSYS APDL.Comparing the calculations of the finite element analysis of the static deflection with the results of static deflection of theoretical calculation and theodolite difference method,this paper also studies to conclude the actual constraint method on the vertical static deflection of the main beam with the finite element analysis.The research results can provide reference for calculation and optimization design of static deflection of bridge crane's main beam.
