加强对老年多重用药的管理

摘要

As China entered the aging society,the patients with multiple diseases increase year by year.There is an increasing focus on the situation of polypharmacy in elderly patients.Polypharmacy defines as the patient taking more than five drugs at the same time.Comprehensive assessment of the elderly population is beneficial to the manage -ment strategies of polypharmacy.Preventing and managing polypharmacy will bring tremendous benefits to the elderly, family and society and we will try to root the ideas of polypharmacy in the heart of the medical care team of the elderly patients.%随着我国进入老龄化社会,多病共存患者逐年增多,人们越来越关注老年患者的多重用药状况.多重用药通常指患者同时服用5种及以上药物.对老年人群的综合评估,有利于多重用药管理策略的选择.积极认识和管理多重用药将会给老年人、家庭和社会带来极大益处,该文努力将多重用药的相关理念扎根于老年患者医疗和照护团队的心中.
