添加吐温40合成钛硅分子筛TS-1

@@ Traditionally, the hydrothermal synthesis of titanium silicalite-1(TS-1) needs a large amount of tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide (TPAOH) as a template (n(TPAOH)(SiO2)=0.4~1.0), and the crystallization time takes 10~30 d[1]. Recently, much attention has been paid to the modification of synthesis methods, and many improvements have been made[2~7]. In this work, a new method was developed to synthesize nanometer-sized TS-1 in the presence of Tween 40 as surfactant, which is based on using a non-ionic surfactant to decrease the surface tension of solution and to induce the orientation of the template molecules[8]. Using this method, the n(TPAOH)(SiO2) can be decreased to 0.1~0.2, so the synthesis cost of TS-1 is less. Furthermore, the synthesis time can be shortened to 24 h, the amount of anatase TiO2 is reduced and the crystal size of TS-1 is more uniform. The synthesized TS-1 samples show excellent catalytic performance.
