胰岛素抵抗与2型糖尿病肝损伤的研究进展

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD),which is often complicated in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,is a kind of metabolic stress-induced liver injury closely related with insulin resistance (IR)and genetic sus-ceptibility.Its mechanism is very complicated and there are no specific drugs now.This article made an overview on NAFLD mechanism.%2型糖尿病患者常伴有的非酒精性脂肪性肝病是一种与胰岛素抵抗和遗传易感性密切相关的代谢应激性肝损伤。其发生机制非常复杂，目前尚无特效药物。本文就其发病机制献做一综述。
