石榴籽油抗炎与抗糖尿病的研究及应用现状分析

摘要

In recent years,the research of pomegranate seed oil has developed and deepened, which mainly includes the study of pomegranate seed oil anti-inflammatory,antidiabetic,anti-tumor and anti-oxidation and so on.This paper has reviewed the mechanisms of its anti-inflammatory and antidiabetic functions in order to facilitate the pomegranate seed oil a better exploitation and analyzes its applicable prospects .%近年来，人们对石榴籽油的研究不断深入，其中主要包括石榴籽油抗炎、抗糖尿病、抗肿瘤及抗氧化等方面的研究。本文就石榴籽油抗炎和抗糖尿病的作用及其机制作一综述，以利于石榴籽油被更好地开发利用，并对其应用前景进行分析。
