右美托咪定复合布托啡诺在剖宫产术后自控静脉镇痛的效果

摘要

目的 探讨右美托咪定复合布托啡诺在剖宫产术后自控静脉镇痛的效果.方法 选取2013年1月～2015年8月浙江绿城心血管病医院收治的足月剖宫产孕妇80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,均采用气管插管静吸复合麻醉,术后行经静脉患者自控镇痛(PCIA).观察组采用300 μg右美托咪定复合10 mg布托啡诺,对照组采用200 μg右美托咪定复合10 mg布托啡诺,对比2组患者镇痛的效果.结果 观察组的T0、T1、T2、T3、T4、T5时间节点的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分与对照组的比较,差异均无统计学意义.观察组的T0、T1、T2、T3、T4、T5时间节点的Ramesay评分与对照组的比较,差异均无统计学意义.结论 右美托咪定复合布托啡诺在剖宫产术后自控静脉镇痛达到满意的镇痛效果.%Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined bhutto butorphanol in cesarean section postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia.Methods 80 cases of cesarean section pregnant women from January 2013 to August 2015 in zhejiang greentown cardiovascular hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group,all patients were treated with endotracheal intubation inhalation anesthesia,postoperative PCIA.The observation group was treated with 300μg dexmedetomidine combined with butorphanol 10mg bhutto,the control group using 200μg dexmedetomidine combined with butorphanol 10mg bhutto,comparison of the effect of analgesia in two groups of patients.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the T0,T1,T2,T3,T4,T5 time nodes in the observation group was compared with that of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant.The Ramesay scores of the T0,T1,T2,T3,T4,T5 time nodes in the observation group were compared with those in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combination of bhutto butorphanol in cesarean section after controlled intravenous analgesia to achieve satisfactory analgesic effect.
