红树内生菌对黄羽肉鸡生产性能、营养物质表观代谢率及血清生化指标的影响

         

摘要

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of endophytic bacterium from mangrove (C Ⅲ-l strain) on performance, nutrient apparent metabolic rates and serum biochemical indices in yellow-feathered broilers. A total of 240 one-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were randomly assigned to 4 treatments with 4 replicates per treatment and 15 chicks per replicate (♂ 10, ♀ 5). Broilers in control group were fed a basal diet, and those in the other groups were fed the basal diets with 0. 05% , 0.15% and 0. 45% C Ⅲ-1 strain, respectively. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows; the supplementation of 0. 45% CⅢ-1 strain significantly increased average daily gain (ADG) , feed conversion ratio (FCR) , and the apparent metabolic rates of crude protein and crude fat (P <0. 05) , but there were no significant differences in glucose, albumin, globulin, total protein and triglyceride in serum of yellow-feathered broilers (P >0. 05). The supplementation of 0. 05% and 0. 15% CⅢ-1 strain did not significantly influence all of the above indices (P >0.05). The results indicate that the supplementation of 0.45% CⅢ-1 strain can increase ADG and FCR, and has no significant effect on serum biochemical indices of yellow-feather broilers.%本试验旨在探讨红树内生菌对肉鸡生产性能、营养物质表观代谢率及血清生化指标的影响.选取1日龄黄羽肉鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复15只鸡(公鸡10只,母鸡5只).试鸡分别饲喂4种饲粮,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加0.05%、0.15%和0.45%红树内生菌的试验饲粮,试验期为21 d.结果显示,添加0.45%红树内生菌可显著提高黄羽肉鸡平均日增重和饲料转化率(P<0.05),显著提高饲粮粗蛋白质、粗脂肪的表观代谢率(P<0.05),但对血清葡萄糖、白蛋白、球蛋白、总蛋白和甘油三酯的含量均没有显著影响(P>0.05);0.05%和0.15%添加量对上述指标均没有显著影响(P>0.05).由此可知,饲粮中添加0.45%红树内生菌可显著提高黄羽肉鸡平均日增重和饲料转化率,对血清生化指标没有显著影响.
