医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶在面部整形中的应用

摘要

Objective:To search the best method for how to use the Polyamide hydro gel in face-plasty. Methods:The PAHG was used in 12 cases who had different kinds of face deformity needed to be proce rndured. According to the anatomy nature of face,the PAHG can be injected into different depth in face by one point entrance.rnResults: 12 cases obtained the excellent effect,and were followed-up in 6～18months after operating, no complications ocrncured in them. Conclusion: Using the PAHG to correct face deformity is a simple, safe way that can get excellent effect.%目的：探讨应用医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶进行面部整形的最佳方法。方法：对12例面部不同部位、不同程度凹陷畸形(凹陷性疤痕除外)患者根据面部解剖特点。用一点注射法将聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注入欲充填区安全层次内行充填整形术。结果：12例患者中有2例分别于术后1个月及3个月时来院补充注射一次，其余患者均一次注射成功。所有病例术后6个月～18个月获随访，效果满意，未有并发症发生。结论：只要操作正确，应用该材料进行面部充填整形是安全、简便的，并可获得良好的效果。
