目的:总结对中面部老化应用多种方法进行综合性治疗的经验,以期临床应用中获得良好的美容效果.方法:2008年6月～ 2011年2月,笔者对42例病例采用下睑缘入路,行眶隔脂肪释放及眶隔筋膜前置,对眶周部皮下组织进行分离,悬吊颧脂肪垫,并对皮肤和眼轮匝肌复合组织瓣进行不同方向的悬吊、固定.术后对部分鼻唇沟凹陷明显的患者给予结合透明质酸局部注射填充.结果:本组共42例患者,术后均随访3～19个月,平均9.8个月,中面部松垂组织均得到明显改善,鼻唇沟变浅,眶睑沟不明显,效果满意.结论:针对中面部衰老表现,应用多种技术结合治疗,通过矫正容量变化,复位易位的组织,合理提升下垂组织,填充凹陷部位,达到面部年轻化的美容目的.%Objective The experience in facial rejuvenation based on multiple techniques is summarized to achieve satisfactory esthetic effect in palpebral part and genal region. Methods From June of 2008 to February of 2011 the lower lid blepharoplasty is approached through a traditional infraciliary incision, and dissects under the orbicularis oculi for exposing the orbit septum, then resets the orbital fat and orbital septum. Some together with hyaluronic acid injection after operation. Results 42 patients underwent the operation of midfacial facial rejuvenation, follow-up time was 3 months to 19 months.mean 9.8 months.The postoperative result is satisfied and the youthful appearance is restored. Conclusion The youthful appearance can be restored through various technologies by correcting the volume abnormality, resetting the tissue, and elevating reasonably.
