Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of the treatment of senile depression implementation of psychological intervention combined with fluoxetine in patients with insomnia,and provides a new train of thought for the treatment of depression.Methods From January 2000 to January 88 cases of senile depression patients with insomnia,using the method of random digits table group,were divided into study group and control group,each group of 44 cases.Two groups of patients were given fluoxetine treatment,and Research on psychological intervention group on the basis of this,the intervention of sixth over the weekend,the depression scale to the two groups of patients (SDS),and the two groups patients were followed up for 1 years,recording the number of cases of recurrence,good contrast.Results Of the two groups of patients with no statistically significant difference in the SDS score (P＞0.05);to be after the sixth weekend,research group SDS score (53.17± 5.02),control group (60.38±4.86),there was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05); the study group in 1 years recurrence in 1 cases (2.3％),the control group of 13 cases of recurrence (29.5％),there was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion for the elderly depressive patients with insomnia,take psychological intervention combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of is a set of scientific,efficient,clinical curative effect is better,worthy of further promotion.%目的:评价心理干预配合单侧臀大肌肌皮瓣修复骶尾部巨大褥疮的临床效果.方法:选择2000年1月～2012年1月我院整形外科收治的采用单侧臀大肌肌皮瓣移植术修复骶尾部难治性压疮患者88例,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分别设为研究组和对照组,各44例,两组均采用皮瓣修复手术治疗,患者对治疗方案均知情同意.手术:先行清创切痂术,再根据患者年龄、压疮部位、范围等选择肌皮瓣类型行肌皮瓣转移术.而研究组在此基础上开展心理干预,待干预后第6周末,向两组患者发放抑郁测评量表(SDS),并对两组患者随访1年,记录复发例数,做好对比.结果:两组患者在住院当天SDS评分不存在统计学差异(P＞0.05)；待干预后第6周末,研究组SDS评分为(53.17±5.02)分,对照组为(60.38±4.86)分,两组之间存在统计学差异(P＜0.05)；研究组在1年内复发1例(2.3％),对照组复发13例(29.5％),两组之间存在统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论:对于骶尾部巨大褥疮患者而言,采取心理干预配合单侧臀大肌肌皮瓣修复治疗是一套科学、有效的方案,临床疗效较佳,值得进一步推广.
