臀部美学及扩大整形术研究进展

摘要

臀部是女性的第二性征之一,是女性美的重要组成.在不同的时代、种族、社会及文化背景下,臀部美学的定义亦不尽相同.臀部扩大整形术发展至今已有40余年的历史,改善臀部形态不佳的多种手术方式已被研究介绍,包括臀部假体置入、自体脂肪填充、自体组织瓣移植及透明质酸注射等,本文就近年来臀部美学及扩大整形术研究的最新进展进行综述.%The buttocks,as one of female secondary sex characters,are an important element that can affect feminine beauty significantly.And the definition of what constitutes"beautiful buttocks"changes depending on times,ethnic groups, societies and cultures.Augmentation gluteoplasty has a history of more than 40 years.Various surgical techniques have been developed to correct deformities of the buttocks,including gluteal silicon implants,lipoinjection,flap transplantation and Hyaluronic acid gel in?jection.All of the latest progress about these above will be presented in this review.
