果酸联合红蓝光治疗中重度痤疮疗效观察

摘要

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of red blue light combined with AHA treatment of different acne. Methods According to the age,sex and severity of illness,254 cases of acne patients were divided into experiment group and control group,the number of patients in each group were:140 cases and 114 cases,respectively for clinical observation and treatment. Results 140 cases of patients after 7 weeks of red blue light combined with AHA treatment,the total effective rate was 77.13%,for the other 114 cases,the total effective rate was 40%. Conclusion Red blue light combined with AHA skin treatment may be effective in the treatment of acne,and the safety is high,it is worthy of clinical application.%目的：研究果酸联合红蓝光治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法：痤疮患者254例，综合年龄、性别及严重程度分为对照组140例（果酸联合红蓝光治疗）和治疗组114例（果酸治疗），分别进行临床治疗和观察。结果：140例患者经15周果酸联合红蓝光治疗后，有效率达77.13%；114例患者经15周果酸治疗后，总有效率为40.00%。结论：果酸联合红蓝光可有效治疗痤疮，尤其对中重度座疮临床疗效显著，而且安全性高，值得临床推广应用。
