楔形切除法小阴唇缩小术

摘要

目的：探讨一种操作简单、方法有效、外观良好的小阴唇缩小术式。方法：2012年8月-2015年1月，对23例小阴唇肥大患者采用楔形切除法行小阴唇缩小整形。结果：所有患者术后随访1～3个月，切口均I期愈合，局部不适的刺激症状消失，小阴唇外观形态满意。结论：该术式操作简单，方法有效，外观自然，是矫正小阴唇肥大的一种较好的手术方式。%Objective To investigate a simple and effective operative method to treat hypertrophy of labia minora with good appearance. Methods From August 2012 to January 2015,23 patients underwent reduction of labia minora by the method of Wedge-shaped excision. Results The patients were followed up at 1 to 3 months postoperatively,incisions were all healed primarily.The local uncomfortable stimulation disappeared.The shape of labia minora had obviously improved. Conclusion It is a good surgical method for the patients of labia minora hypertrophy with concealed incision and natural appearance.
