Objective To evaluate the clinical efifcacy and tolerability of oral isotretinoin combined with imiquimod cream in the treatment of facial lfat warts. Methods In this randomized, single-blind and control study, 67 consecutive patients aged between 18 and 45 with facial lfat warts were recruited and randomly divided into 2 groups:32 cases in observation group which were treated by oral isotretinoin combined with 5%imiquimod cream;35 cases in control group which were treated only by 5%imiquimod cream. All the patients received therapy for 8 weekes continuously and had been evaluated the efifcacy on the second, fourth, sixth and eighth week of treatment. Results On the eighth week of treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 96.88%, and there was a signiifcant difference compared with the control group(77.14%,P=0.018) . Both the two groups had not obvious side-effect during treatment. Conclusion Oral isotretinoin combined with 5%imiquimod cream is an ideal therapy for the treatment of facial lfat warts with better effect and less side-effect.%目的：评价口服异维A酸联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗面部扁平疣的临床疗效及耐受性。方法：67例18～45岁面部扁平疣患者，随机分为两组。观察组：32例，采用口服异维A酸联合5％咪喹莫特乳膏治疗；对照组：35例，单独采用5％咪喹莫特乳膏治疗。连用8周，分别在治疗开始后第2、4、6、8周末观察皮损改善情况并评价安全性。结果：在治疗后第8周，观察组有效率96.88％，与对照组（77.14％）相比差异有统计学意义（P=0.018）。在治疗过程中，两组均未见明显不良反应。结论：口服异维A酸联合5％咪喹莫特乳膏治疗面部扁平疣具有疗效较好、不良反应少等优点，是面部扁平疣理想的治疗方案。
