改良上睑整形术治疗老年性上睑皮肤松弛

摘要

目的:探讨沿灰线弧度切口去除上睑松弛皮肤从而矫治老年性上睑皮肤松弛的疗效.方法:对2014年9月至2016年12月就治的53例中老年上睑皮肤松弛者,采用改良上睑整形术予以矫治,即:沿灰线弧度,在上睑缘上1~2mm向外眦鱼尾纹方向延伸的切口,去除上睑多余皮肤,切口对合缝合.结果:53例患者上睑皮肤松弛均明显改善,且上睑形态自然,术后随访1~10个月,未见明显手术并发症.结论:该方法较传统的手术方法创伤小、恢复快、术后上睑外形自然,是临床上治疗中老年上睑皮肤松弛的一种较好的方法.%ObjectiveTo study efficacy of treatment on aging flabby upper eyelid skin by removing extra skin along the incision of grey line.Methods For the 53 cases of aged patients with laxity upper eyelidfrom September 2014 to December 2016,we applied the improved blepharoplasty which is designed as performing an incision along the grey line radian,make it 1-2mm above the upper eyelid margin that extended to lateral canthusandcrow's-feet.After the removal of excess skin of the upper eyelid,accurately apposing and suturing the incision.ResultsThe upper eyelid skin laxity was apparently improved with natural form in 53 cases. No obvious complications were observed in the following 1 to 10 months after the surgery. ConclusionComparing with the traditional treatment, this advanced blepharoplasty has a great advantage with small trauma, short recovery and natural form, therefore providing a better solution to deal with the upper eyelid skin laxity for middle and old aged persons.
