Objective to investigate the clinical effect of rhinoplasty with silicone prosthesis and nose cavity cartilage pad. Methods 156 patients undergoing plastic surgery in our hospital from August 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the different surgical methods, the combined group and the control group. 83 cases in combined group were treated with silica gel prosthesis and autogenous ear cartilage augmentation rhinoplasty. 73 cases in control group was treated with simple silicone prosthesis augmentation rhinoplasty. The general information, the total efficacy, the degree of satisfaction and the complications in two groups were compared. Results The general information in two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05). The overall efficacy of the combined group was better than that of the control group, the complication rate of nose joint complication in the combined group(2.4%) was lower than that in the control group(23.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Postoperative satisfaction (95.2%) in the combined group was significantly better than that in the control group (82.2%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty + autogenous ear cartilage pad nasal tip shaping has better satisfactory clinical efficacy and better safety, which is worth promoting.%目的:探讨硅胶假体隆鼻+自体耳甲腔软骨垫鼻尖塑形的临床效果.方法:选择2014年8月至2016年1月在本院接受鼻整形手术的156例就医者为研究对象,按照术式不同分为两组,联合组和对照组.联合组83例,采用硅胶假体+自体耳软骨隆鼻术;对照组73例,应用单纯硅胶假体隆鼻术.比较两组就医者的一般资料、整体疗效、满意度及并发症发生率.结果:两组就医者的一般资料无明显差异(P>0.05);联合组就医者整体疗效优于对照组,且联合组就医者的鼻尖并发症发生率(2.4%)明显低于对照组(23.3%),其术后满意度(95.2%)明显优于对照组(82.2%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:硅胶假体隆鼻+自体耳甲腔软骨垫鼻尖塑形行鼻部整形,就医者满意度高,安全性良好,值得临床推广.
