角膜移植术后护理干预对患者用药依从性及移植成功率的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on compliance and success rate of patients after corneal transplantation.Methods 213 cases of corneal transplantation patients were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016, and had a complete clinical data.They were unilateral, randomly grouped, divided into control group (103 cases) and observation group (110 cases), were given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing.The compliance of the two groups was observed and the transparency of the grafts was observed at different time.Results The compliance score in the observation group, according to the prescribed medication according to the doctor's advice, the number of day to day, according to the prescribed medication on time every day according to the prescribed medication, long-term adherence to medication and other aspects of the scores were significantly higher than that of control group, all P＜0.05.The hospitalization time of the two groups was observed, and the time of observation group was (4.23 ± 1.03) days, significantly shorter than that of the control group (9.22 ± 2.04) days, P＜0.05.After 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, respectively, the statistical analysis of the transparency of the graft and the comparison between the two groups, there were statistical differences between the groups at different times, P＜0.05.Conclusion After corneal transplantation, the patient can achieve the desired effect through comprehensive and meticulous nursing intervention, which can significantly improve the compliance of patients and the success rate of transplantation.%目的:探讨角膜移植术后护理干预对患者用药依从性及移植成功率的影响,总结相关护理经验.方法:213例行角膜移植术患者,均为2 01 3年1月-2016年12月收治的住院患者,且具备完整的临床资料.均为单眼发病,随机数表法分组,分为对照组(1 03例)和观察组(11 0例),分别给予常规护理和全方位护理.观察两组的用药依从性及不同时间的植片透明率,并进行比较.结果:经依从性评分,观察组在按医嘱每天遵照次数用药、按医嘱每天按量用药、按医嘱每天按时用药、按医嘱长期坚持用药等方面的评分均显著高于对照组,均P＜0.05. 统计两组的住院时间,可得观察组的时间为(4.23±1.03)d,显著短于对照组的(9.22±2.04)d,P＜0.05.术后3个月、6个月、12个月,分别统计两组的植片透明率并进行比较,可得不同时间均存在组间统计学差异,均P＜0.05.结论:角膜移植术后通过对患者实施全面细致的护理干预可以获得理想的效果,显著提高患者的用药依从性以及移植成功率,效果确切.
