Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life and emotion of patients with large-area burns. Methods 84 cases of patients with large-area burns in our hospital from December 2014 to November 2015 were collected. These patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, n=42.Patients in control group were treated by routine nursing, patients in observation group were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, psychological status of patients in two groups were compared before and after nursing intervention, followed up for 6 months, life quality of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results Negative emotion of patients in observation group improved significantly than control group; after 6 months, quality of life scores of patients in observation group were significantly higher than the control group, differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect on the negative emotion improvement of patients with large-area burns, which also can improve the psychological health and life quality of patients,it is worth to be popularized in clinical application.%目的:探讨综合康复护理对大面积烧伤患者生活质量及情绪的影响.方法:选取2014年12月-2015年11月收治的大面积烧伤患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施综合康复护理,比较两组患者护理干预前后心理状况,随访6个月,观察两组患者生活质量改善情况.结果:观察组经过综合康复护理后,不良情绪比对照组有明显改善,6个月后其生活质量得到明显改善,生活质量各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:综合康复护理对大面积烧伤患者的不良情绪改善有着明显作用,可以提高患者的心理健康水平,同时提升其生活质量,值得在临床推广应用.
