不同浓度过氧化物漂白剂对成人牙釉质硬度和表面细微结构的影响

     

摘要

Objective To study the effect of three kinds of peroxide bleaching agents on the structure and hardness of humanenamel. Methods 120 adult adult orthodontic teeth were randomly divided into control group A (0.9% saline, NS; n=30),experimental group B (22% urea peroxide, CP; n=30), experimental group C (30% hydrogen peroxide, HP; n=30) Experimentalgroup D (3% sodium perborate, SP; n=30) 4 group were observed. In the set conditions under the test, and measured the enamelstructure of the integrity and hardness of the situation. Results Compared with group A, the results of scanning electronmicroscopy in group B, group C and group D showed that enamel had different degree of demineralization, dissolution andcomplete reduction, but group B was better than group C and group D. Compared with group A, the hardness of group B, groupC and group D was lower than that of group A, but there was no significant difference between group B and group A (P>0.05).B group and C group and D group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with group A and D, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05).CLSM results showed that the roughness of the enamel surfaces of group A,group B, C and D were all changed, compared with that in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion 22% urea peroxide has nosignificant effect on the integrity and hardness of enamel compared with 30% hydrogen peroxide and 3% sodium perborate, But ithas a certain effect on the tiny structure of the teeth, so it should be protected during the application of clinical tooth whitening.%目的:分析不同浓度的三种过氧化物漂白剂对成人牙釉质表面形态和硬度的影响.方法:120颗成人正畸前磨牙被随机分成四组.对照A组:30例,采用0.9%生理盐水(NS);实验B组:30例,采用22%过氧化脲(CP);实验C组:30例,采用30%过氧化氢(HP);实验D组:30例,采用3%过硼酸钠(SP).分别观察研究,在设定条件下进行试验,并测得牙釉质细微结构的完整度及硬度.结果:与A组相比,B组、C组、D组扫描电镜(SEM)结果显示:牙釉质有不同程度的脱矿、溶解和完整度减低,但B组情况较C组和D组好.与A组相比,B组、C组、D组硬度测量值减低,但B组与A组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组与C组、D组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组与A组、D组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).激光共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)结果显示:A组、B组、C组与D组牙釉质表面粗糙程度均有所改变,与A组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:22%过氧化脲、30%过氧化氢和3%过硼酸钠对牙釉质的完整度和硬度无显著性影响,但对牙齿的细微结构有一定影响,因此,在临床牙齿美白应用过程中要注意保护.
