基于立方插值拟质点法(CIP)的气动控制管路压力响应时间研究

         

摘要

气压制动系统的性能保证了车辆行车安全和制动稳定,气动控制管路作为控制部分是影响其压力响应时间的重要因素,精确分析和计算气动控制管路的压力响应时间具有重要意义.应用立方插值拟质点法(CIP),求解得到了具有三阶精度的气动控制管路数学模型,并将仿真结果和实验进行对比,验证了仿真的准确性.应用灰色关联度定量分析了各参数对管路压力响应时间的影响程度,并基于响应面法进行了数值仿真实验,结果表明管长是影响压力响应时间最大的因素,同时压力响应时间的等高线图为气动控制管路的设计选型提供了理论参考.%A pneumatic braking system is an important part for ensuring vehicle safety and braking stability,and a pneumatic control pipeline as a control part is an important factor that affects its pressure response time.It is of great significance to accurately analyze and calculate the pressure response time of pneumatic control pipeline.On the basis of the constrained interpolation profile (CIP) method,a mathematical model of pneumatic control pipeline with three order accuracy is built.We verify simulation accuracy by comparing the simulation results with the experimental results.The influence degree of each parameter on pressure response time is quantitatively analyzed by the grey correlation degree,and a numerical simulation experiment is carried out based on the response surface method.The results show that the pipe length is the biggest factor influencing pressure response time.At the same time,the contour map of pressure response time provides a theoretical reference for design and selection of pneumatic control pipeline.
