北京大学第一医院2005～2010年SCIE收录论文的统计分析

摘要

目的:从论文产出与被引用角度展现医院的科研进展情况,为科研管理部门了解医院的科技发展动态、制定决策提供量化依据.方法:以科学引文索引网络版(SCIE)收录北京大学第一医院的科技论文为数据依据,对该院2005～2010年发表的科研论文进行统计分析,并与前6年(1999～2004年)进行对比.结果:共检出905篇文献,平均影响因子(IF)为2.694,最高IF逐年升高;有470篇论文被引用,共被引3130次,发表论文数量和被引用次数最多的是肾脏内科和儿科;6年间,论文数量总体呈增长趋势,平均IF升高了0.151,被引论文篇数增长了241%,总被引次数增长了582%.结论:北京大学第一医院6年间SCIE收录论文呈增长趋势,在论文的数量和质量上均有提高,但论文主要集中在重点科室,尤其是肾脏内科和儿科.%Objectives: To describe the development of the technology output in Peking University First Hospital and to give quantity evidence for decision making by analyzing the scientific research articles. Methods: The SCI papers of Peking University First Hospital published in 2005-2010were searched and compared to those in 1999-2004. Results: A total of 905 articles were searched out. the average IF is 2.694. and the highest IF increased annually. 470 papers were cited a total of 3130 times. both the maximum numher of papers and citation times were from the Nephrology and the Pediatrics department. In the current 6 years, the numher of papers increased 241％, the average IF has increased 0.151. number of cited papers increased 241％ and citation times increased 582％. Conclusion: During the past 6 years both the quantity and quality of SCI papers of Peking University First Hospital showed an increasing trend and most of these papers are written by the key departments, especially the Nephrology and the Pediatrics.
