加强国家临床重点专科建设持续提高全国医疗服务能力

摘要

The background which involves problems in medical system development, relative work carried out by other ministry, opportunities bring from healthcare reform and some discipline management guideline have been established on carrying out national key clinical specialty construction is introduced. The representation, setting, content, construction and progress of national key clinical specialty construction are discussed. Five principles namely insisting scientific development, deepening reform, encouraging advance, equity considered and overall arouse on national key clinical specialty construction should be insisted.%　　从医疗服务体系发展存在的问题、其他部门开展的相关工作、深化医药卫生体制改革带来的机遇、建立了部分专科建设管理规范指南等方面介绍了开展国家临床重点专科建设工作的背景，系统阐述了国家临床重点专科建设工作的提出、设立、内容、建设思路和工作进展情况，指出国家临床重点专科建设应坚持科学发展、深化改革、鼓励先进、兼顾公平、全面带动等五项原则，提出了其下一步工作安排和建议。
