从南京鼓楼医院新大楼看人性化服务与精细化管理

     

摘要

南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院以“打造全国最好的人文医院”为愿景,在人文理念的指引下,2012年建成并启用医院南扩新大楼,实施人性化、现代化、智能化服务,打造精细化和人本管理模式,改善了医院环境,优化了服务流程,提高了工作效率,满足了员工执业需求,医院综合满意度不断提升,医院新大楼赢得市民及国际认可,取得了显著成效。%Taking “building the best-service humanistic hospital” as a vision, along the humanistic concept, the Affiliated Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School put the new south extended building into use in 2012. The hospital service has become humanized, modernized and intelligentized. The delicacy and human - orientated management has been achieved. The hospital environment has been improved and the service process has been optimized. The working efficiency has been increased with staff working demand satisfied. The satisfaction degree of the hospital has been consecutively increased. The new hospital building has been widely approved by the patients and the international society, and has obtained apparent effect.
