ERP环境下医用耗材管理标准体系设计

摘要

Objectives: To design the administration standardization system of medical material under ERP to improve the informatization and standardization of medical materials administration in general large-scale hospital. Methods: The process of supervision, procurement, supply, usage, risk-control of medical consumables in ERP was analyzed and management indictors and its weights and standard value were found out and pilot implemented. Results: The administration standardization system of medical material, including hospital operation, business standard, staf behavior and evaluation are shaped and implemented. Conclusions:The ful mergence of standardization administration and ERP is an efective way to improve the administration of medical material in general large-scale hospitals.%目的：设计在ERP系统下运行的医用耗材管理标准体系，提升大型综合医院医用耗材管理的信息化和标准化水平。方法：分析ERP系统中医用耗材监管、采购、供应、使用、风险控制等流程，提炼管理指标，制定标准并试点运行。结果：从医院运营、业务标准、员工行为、考评监测等层面制定了医用耗材管理标准体系并试点运行。结论：标准化管理与ERP系统的充分融合，是大型综合医院提升医用耗材管理水平的有效手段。
