系统科学方法下的医院音像、影像档案管理系统的构建

摘要

Based on the problems of hospital video and image document management, a comprehensive video and image document management system supported by modern computer technology, network communication technology and digital storage technology was developed to assure video and image document digital and comprehensive management and improve the level of document utilization and sharing. The system was introduced by aspects of concept, total function and implementation to give reference of hospital video and image document management system in China.%福建医科大学附属第一医院针对其音像、影像档案管理中出现的种种不足之处，提出依靠现代计算机技术、网络通讯技术、数据存储等技术构建一套医院音像、影像档案综合管理系统，实现音像、影像档案的数字化、综合化管理，形成档案资源的整合与共享，提高档案资源的应用价值。笔者分别对该系统的构建思想、系统的总体功能、系统的实施过程进行详细的阐述，以期能为我国医院音像、影像档案管理系统的建设提供一定的参考。
