目的:探讨医院门诊重大阳性结果患者快速就诊通道的开展效果.方法:回顾性分析2013年3月1日～2017年3月1日就诊快速通道的重大阳性结果患者增长情况与患者来源构成比、就诊号源构成比、就诊等候日构成比.结果:开展重大阳性结果患者快速就诊通道受延时号源、通科医师号源、爽约号源、会诊号源因素影响,与患者来源构成比、就诊号源构成比、就诊等候日构成比都有相关性(P＜0.05);同时,重大阳性结果患者快速就诊通道服务对患者预约检查、办理入院的服务力度尚低.结论:重大阳性结果患者快速就诊通道服务提高优质号源利用率,优化医疗资源调度管理,提高重大阳性结果患者就医体验,推动大型综合医院门诊向侧重诊疗疑难杂症方向发展.%Objectives:To learn the effect of establishing rapid treatment channel for patients with significant positive results.Methods:Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the growth of patients with significant positive results who uses rapid treatment channel from March 1,2013 to March 1,2017.The ratio of patient source,registration channel and waiting time were analyzed.Results:Factors of delay numbers,general practitioners' numbers,broken appointment numbers,consultation numbers affect carrying out the rapid treatment channel concerning with the patient source composition,treatment source composition ratio,treatment waiting day composition ratio (P ＜0.05,statistically significant).Meanwhile,the check appointment and admission service for rapid treatment channel with significant positive results is still low.Conclusion:Patient with significant positive results using rapid treatment channel can improve the quality of the source utilization,optimize the management of medical resources,management,improve the positive results of patients with medical experience,promote large-scale general hospital outpatient clinics to focus on the diagnosis and treatment of incurable diseases.
