整体医疗中学科整合后病人满意度调查研究

     

摘要

With the rapid development of science and technology, the crossover, penetration and intergration among different disaplinaries become prominent. The clinical pecialization and comprehensiveness are the outstanding features of a hospital. When the two features develop into a certain extend, it is necessary to do resource sharing to achieve more efficiencies. Objective To evaluate the satisfaction of patients in comprehensive hospital undergoing medical discipline integration. Method Questionnaires are adopted and 540 cases of investigated patients evaluated the medical service according to the actual conditions and their subjective feelings by secret way in 20 minutes. All the questionnaires were collected on the spot and analyzed. Results The satisfaction rate of objects after integration was obviously higher than before, and there was significant statistical difference between the two groups (F=4.627; P<0.01). Conclusion The integration of disciplines is obviously effective for the improvement of medical quality and patients' satisfaction in the implementation of the overall health care, and worths great popularization and application.%随着科学技术的突飞猛进,学科间的相互交叉、渗透与整合的趋势越加凸显.作为医院,临床的专业化与综合化是其显著特点,当这个特点发展到一定程度时,势必要求资源共享,以达到更高效益.目的评价综合医院整体医疗中学科整合后的病人满意度.方法采用问卷法,让540例研究对象根据实际情况和主观感受对医疗服务进行评定,以不记名方式在20分钟内独立完成,当场回收并对调查结果进行分析.结果学科整合后总满意率为95.8%,明显高于未进行学科整合66.7%的满意率,差异有高度统计学意义(F=4.627,P<0.01).结论推行整体医疗中实行学科整合对提高医院医疗质量和病人满意度效果显著,在医院中具有推广应用价值.
