医师队伍管理的发展趋势分析

摘要

围绕着医师管理法制化、标准化、常态化的发展趋势,有必要构建“政府监管、行业管理、保险引导和医院内控”的医师管理新框架,发挥医疗机构作为雇佣方的人力资源管理职能.确立医师协会在医师管理上的主导地位,引入医疗保险机构介入医疗过程管理,强化医师管理信息资源的整合利用,构建医师的成长平台和正向激励机制.%In order to adapt the legalization , standardization, normalization trends of medical practitioner administration, we should develop a new framework of "government regulation, industry management, insurance guidance, hospital internal control", which includes establishing medical association dominant position on medical practitioner adminis-tration, introduction of medical insurance involved in medical management, strengthening the information integration of different departments, and building growth platform for physician.
