患者安全事件上报系统现状及启示

摘要

Patient safety reporting is a key measure to promote patient safety.The paper reviewed patient safety reporting system from overseas,pointed out the development trend of patient safety incident reporting systems internationally,and proposed the future directions of patient safety incident reporting system in China,including the formulation of related law and regulations to ensure safety and useof data,unification of data structure and format,mechanism of incidents reporting at separated layer,emphasis of feedback and learning form incidents and creation of patient safety culture.%患者安全事件上报是促进患者安全的重要措施.回顾分析国外患者安全事件上报系统,指出了患者安全事件上报系统的发展趋势,提出了我国患者安全事件上报系统的发展方向,包括制定相关法规保障数据安全性与使用、统一数据结构和格式、建立分层上报机制、重视反馈和学习、营造患者安全文化.
