上海市质子重离子医院项目管理的实践和思考

摘要

Because of the peculiarity of the particle therapy, the project construction in Shanghai Particle Therapy hospital has difficult construction ,high technical requirements and hardness in communication and coordination. This paper introduces that it is enhancing the scientific, professional and precision management and taking effective measures that makes the target of project construction completed as planned and gives the consideration and suggestion in hospital’s project management.%由于质子重离子技术的特殊性，上海市质子重离子医院项目建设施工难度大、技术要求高、沟通协调难。文章介绍了在项目管理中，通过加强科学化、专业化、精细化管理，采取了有效的措施和方法，使项目建设目标顺利完成。同时，针对目前市级医院建设项目管理存在的问题，提出了思考和建议。
