论医院建设项目投资控制与管理

摘要

文章结合作者医院建设管理实践及经验，从决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段4个方面，介绍了各阶段进行投资控制的意义、重点和存在的问题，并就一些问题提出了建议。%The article introduces hospital construction management experience, from decision-making, design, construction, and completed stage;explains the significance of investment control, focus and problems of each stage, and proposes recommendations on some issues.
