The article introduces the background and general survey of Sierra Leone fixed biosafety laboratory aid project;summarizes the process and methods;introduces the details of the design from eight aspects, such as layout, experimental technological process;and summarizes the significance of the project implementation.%文章简单介绍了援建塞拉利昂固定生物安全实验室项目的背景和概况；详细总结了项目的实施过程及方法；从总图布局、实验工艺等8个方面介绍了方案设计的具体细节；最后总结了项目实施的意义。
