新疆野苹果砧木嫁接亲和性试验研究

摘要

Malus sieversii Ledeb was used as rootstock to‘graft XinGuan’,‘XinShuai’and‘Red flash apple’through split grafting. The grafting survival rate, scion budding rate, new shoot length of scion, diameter of new shoot and healing degree of graft union of different varieties were compared. The results showed that‘Red flash apple’had the highest grafting survival rate which can reached 98.76%. The survival rates of‘XinGuan’and‘XinShuai’reached 85.74%and 83.75%. The length of new shoot of‘Red flash apple’ was the longest which reached 121.5 cm per year, and‘XinShuai’had the biggest diameter of new shoot which reached 1.21 cm. By comparing the healing degree of graft union, we think the order of graft compatibility of three cultivars was‘Red flash apple’,‘XinGuan’ and‘XinShuai’.%以新疆特有野生果树新疆野苹果为砧木，采用劈接法嫁接‘新帅’、‘新冠’和‘红肉苹果’，对比3个嫁接品种的嫁接成活率、接穗萌芽率、接穗上新梢长度、粗度和观察嫁接口愈合程度等指标。结果表明：新疆野苹果嫁接‘红肉苹果’的成活率最高，达到98.76%，其次是‘新冠’(85.74%)和‘新帅’(83.75%)；接穗新梢长度测量结果显示最长的是‘红肉苹果’，为121.5 cm，新梢粗度最粗的是‘新帅’，为1.21 cm；对比嫁接口愈合程度发现‘红肉苹果’与新疆野苹果的嫁接亲和力最强，其次为‘新冠’和‘新帅’。
