从重视品管文化培养、品管运用强调问题导向两方面,阐述了科室开展品管圈活动的主要做法,达到了降低不良事件发生率,提升护理人员能力,建立管理者与被管理者之间良好的信任关系等目的.品管圈活动值得在临床推广.%From two aspects of emphasizing quality control culture,emphasizing problem orientation in quality con trol application,the main practices of quality control activities in department were discussed.It reduced the incidence of adverse events,improved the ability of nursing staff,established good confidential relationship between managers and subordinates.The quality control activities are worthy of clinical promotion.
