Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of prevention and control of nosocomial infection among 117 tertiary hospitals in China from 2013 to 2015,and to provide evidence for policy making by health administrative departments.Methods According to the criteria and requirements of "The Implementing Regulations of the Tertiary General Hospital Evaluation Criteria (2011 version)" by the Ministry of Health,investigation and analysis was performed on the nosocomial infection evaluation among 117 tertiary hospitals.Results The scores of the four aspects of the evaluation,"system improvement,internal management,construction equipment and personnel training" were concentrated in two grades of "B-good" and "C-qualified".There were a few failed,and the completion of core terms was high.Conclusion The prevention and control of nosocomial infection in 117 tertiary hospitals were basically in line with the criteria.However,the work should be further carried out,and continue to improve the implementation of various systems and norms,and continuously improve the quality of prevention and control.%目的 评价全国117所三级医院2011年-2015年间开展医院感染防控工作的成效,为卫生行政部门制定政策提供依据.方法 参照卫生部《三级综合医院评审标准实施细则(2011年版)》的标准和要求对全国117所三级医院院感工作的开展情况进行调查分析.结果 评价指标的4个方面“制度完善、内部管理、建筑设备、人员培训”评分均集中于“B-良好”及“C-合格”两个等级,存在少数不及格现象,但核心条款的完成度较高.结论 117所三级医院开展医院感染防控工作基本符合评分标准,但各项工作仍须进一步深入开展,继续完善落实各项制度和规范,持续改进防控质量.
