广州市64家城市公立医院经济运行状况研究

摘要

目的 分析广州市64家城市公立医院经济运行现状.方法 采用描述性统计分析及对比分析法对2013年-2015年广州市城市公立医院运行状况进行分析.结果 广州市城市公立医院经济运行平稳,运行效率较高;但收入结构不合理,社会效益弱化,医疗费用控制及成本管理能力不足.结论 应该管控医院规模,促进分级诊疗;优化收入结构,建立费用控制机制;完善管理费用控制体系等.%Objective To analyze the current situation of 64 urban public hospitals.Methods The descriptive statistical analysis and comparative analysis methods were used to analyze the operation status of public hospitals in Guangzhou from 2013 to 2015.Results The economic operation of public hospital in Guangzhou was stable,with high operation efficiency.However,the income structure was not reasonable,the social benefit was weakened,the medical expense control and cost management ability was insufficient.Conclusion Measures should be taken including the management and control of hospital scale,promotion of the classification diagnosis and treatment;optimizing the income structure,establishment of the cost control mechanism;improving the management cost control system.
