糖尿病健康教育路径的临床应用效果评价

摘要

目的 评价糖尿病健康教育路径的临床应用效果.方法 将住院的679例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组340例和对照组339例.对照组采用常规方法进行健康教育,观察组根据糖尿病健康教育路径表进行健康教育.通过监测血糖、采用糖尿病知识测试问卷(DKT)测定糖尿病患者知识水平、采用糖尿病自我管理量表评价自我管理水平、护理质量满意度问卷调查、护士对两种教育方法的认同感调查等,比较两组患者的健康教育效果.结果 观察组和对照组健康教育前后的血糖、糖尿病知识水平、自我管理水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).健康教育后观察组和对照组比较,空腹血糖、早餐后血糖间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),糖尿病知识水平、自我管理水平间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理质量满意度间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士对健康教育路径也有更高的认同感.结论 应用临床路径对住院的糖尿病患者进行健康教育是一种切实可行的健康教育方式.%Objective To evaluate the clinical application effect of clinical pathways for health education in diabetic patients. Methods Totally 679 inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided as trial group ( n = 340 ) and control group ( n = 339 ). The patients in the control group were given conventional health education; while those in the trial group were given the health education based on clinical pathways for diabetes mellitus. The blood sugar levels of the patients were monitored, and surveys were conducted by using diabetes knowledge test questionnaire ( DKT ), self - management scale on diabetes mellitus, satisfaction scale on nursing quality, as well as about the sense of identity for the two kinds of health education. The results were compared between the groups before and after the heath education. Results The blood glucose level, knowledge of diabetes mellitus and self - management ability had significantly improved after the heath education in both groups ( P<0.05 ).The fasting blood glucose levels , blood glucose levels after breakfast, knowledge of diabetes mellitus, self - management ability,satisfactory rate with nursing quality and sense of identity by nurses for the clinical pathway of health education had significantly increased in the trial group, as compared with the control group ( P<0.05 ) . Conclusion The clinical pathways in health education to diabetic inpatients is feasible and effective.
