目的 探讨低位脑干卒中引起的重度吞咽障碍的治疗方法.方法 11例低位脑干卒中引起重度吞咽障碍的患者,治疗采用常规药物和诱发咽反射、咳嗽反射等手法康复训练,康复每日两次,每次大约30 min.治疗前和治疗30 d后均采用饮水试验和临床疗效评定进行吞咽功能评定.结果 11例重度吞咽障碍患者治疗前和治疗30 d时饮水试验和临床疗效评定明显好转.结论 利用咽反射、咳嗽反射的手法康复治疗可以明显改善低位脑干卒中引起的重度吞咽障碍,方法简单,适于推广.%Objective To investigate the therapy of severe dysphagia caused by the lower brain stem stroke. Methods Totally 11 patients with severe dysphagia caused by lower brain stem stroke were treated with rountin medicine and rehabilitation training of evocating cough reflex and pharyngeal reflex for 30 minutes, twice per day. The assessment of swallowing function was adopted with drinking water test and clinical effect before and 30 days after the treatment. Results The assessment of drinking water test and clinical effect 30 days after the treatment showed obvious improvement as compared with that before the treatment. Conclusion The rehabilitation training of evocating cough reflex and pharyngeal reflex can obviously improve the function of the patients with severe dysphagia caused by the lower brain stem stroke. It is simple and worthy of popularization.
