心脉隆注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及血浆B型钠尿肽的影响

摘要

目的：观察心脉隆注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭（ CHF）的临床疗效，探讨其对患者心功能及血浆B型钠尿肽（ BNP）水平的影响。方法选取新疆昌吉州人民医院心内科、老年病科和急诊内科2012-2013年住院治疗的CHF患者104例，应用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组各52例。两组均给予常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的同时加用心脉隆注射液4 ml+0.9%氯化钠溶液200 ml静脉滴注，1次/d，疗程7 d。比较两组治疗效果，并测定治疗前后左心室舒张末期内径（ LVDd）、左室射血分数（ LVEF）及血浆BNP水平。结果治疗后治疗组有效率高于对照组〔92.3%（48/52）与76.9%（40/52），χ2=4.727，P<0.05〕。治疗后对照组及治疗组LVDd、LVEF均较治疗前改善（P<0.05），且治疗组LVDd、LVEF改善程度均高于对照组治疗后〔（9.5±1.8）mm与（5.4±1.3）mm，（8.9±2.2）%与（3.2±1.6）%；P<0.05〕。两组患者治疗后血浆BNP水平均较治疗前降低（P<0.05），且治疗组治疗后血浆BNP水平降低幅度高于对照组〔（729.3±18.5） ng/L与（459.0±1.1） ng/L，P<0.05〕。结论在常规治疗的同时加用心脉隆注射液治疗，可明显提高疗效，降低血浆BNP水平，改善患者心功能。%Objective ToobservetheeffectsofXinmailongInjectiononcardiacfunctionandplasmaB-typenatri-ureticpeptide(BNP)levelinthepatientswithchronicheartfailure(CHF).Methods 104CHFpatientsadmittedtothede-partments of cardiology,geriatrics and emergency of Changji People's Hospital in Xinjiang from 2012 to 2013 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with each group 52 cases.
