阿司匹林在心血管疾病一级预防中的研究进展与指南规范分析

摘要

Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is the leading cause of death in the world. Aspirin has been confirmed to be an effective strategy in the secondary prevention of CVD. However,its benefits in primary prevention remains controversial, and the concerns of drug - related side effects may have a negative influence on the application of aspirin in the primary prevention of CVD. Based on current clinical data,aspirin primary prevention is not suitable for every CVD patient,and only part of the patients could benefit from it. According to latest clinical studies and authorized guidelines,this article made a review of current problems in the application of aspirin in the primary prevention of CVD,such as eligible population,application standard and prevention and control of bleeding,in order to improve its standard application and increase clinical benefit.%心血管疾病是全球死亡的首要原因。阿司匹林是心血管疾病二级预防的有效手段。然而，其在一级预防中的获益尚存在一定争议，且由于担心药物相关不良反应等问题，可能进一步影响了阿司匹林在一级预防的应用。基于现有的证据，阿司匹林一级预防并不适用于所有心血管疾病患者，仅部分患者可从中获益。本文结合最新临床研究和权威指南，就阿司匹林一级预防中存在的问题，如适用人群、规范应用、出血防治等进行阐述，以改善其规范应用增加临床获益。
