颈源性头痛诊断及治疗研究进展

摘要

The paper generalized the pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria and treatment regimens of cervicogenic headache,introduced research hotspots of the disease,and analyzed problems in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. The aim of this paper is to provide valuable information for guiding the diagnosis and treatment of cervicogenic headache,and put forward new direction and goals to improve the diagnosis and treatment standard for the disease.%本文归纳了颈源性头痛的发病机制、诊断标准和治疗方案，介绍了颈源性头痛的研究热点，并分析了颈源性头痛诊疗过程中的问题，旨在为颈源性头痛的诊断和治疗提供具有指导价值的参考信息，同时为建立完善颈源性头痛诊疗规范提出新的研究方向和目标。
