国内外生物医学期刊采用医学研究报告规范的现状与问题

摘要

医学研究报告作为医学研究成果的主要呈现形式,在医学研究中具有重要价值.然而目前国内外的医学研究报告质量参差不齐,低质量的研究报告会影响人们对研究优势和不足的评估,甚至会阻碍证据整合、误导临床决策.本文对医学研究报告规范的发展历程、主要内容、医学研究报告规范对医学研究报告质量提高的影响及国内外生物医学期刊采用医学研究报告规范的现状进行总结分析,以期为医学研究报告规范的应用提供参考.%As one of the main achievements, the medical research report has a high value in medical research. However,the quality of medical research reports is still far from satisfactory at home and abroad. The low-quality research report can not only affect readers′ assessment of its strengths and weaknesses but also even mislead clinical decisions based on its evidence. This paper summarized the development history and characteristic contents of several important reporting guidelines on medical research reports,their application in biomedical journals,and their influence on improving the quality of research reports in order to provide reference for the application of reporting guidelines on medical research reports in biomedical journals.
