虐待老年人问题的研究进展

摘要

本文梳理和评述了国内外虐待老年人研究的现状和进展,主要介绍虐待老年人的定义、相关理论、流行现状、产生的危害、国内外虐待筛查工具及应对虐待老年人问题的措施经验,并对我国虐待老年人防治服务体系建设提出要通过完善老年人法律制度、加强宣传教育、建设社区防范体系及发挥医务人员作用,来实现老年人权益的全方面保护,促使虐待老年人防治工作落到实处,形成良好的社会效果.%This paper reviews the current situation and progress of the research on the abuse of the elderly both in China and abroad.It mainly introduces the definition,current situation and harm of elder abuse with relevant theories,abuse screening tools and the experience and measures to deal with elder abuse.To protect the legitimate right of the elderly,this paper suggested the service system of the elderly in China to improve the legal system for the elderly,strengthen publicity and education,build community prevention system of elder abuse and attach importance to medical staff.Therefore the implementation of prevention and control work of elder abuse can be achieved with the formation of a good social effect.
