四肢骨折合并脾脏破裂8例临床诊治分析

摘要

目的：探讨四肢骨折合并脾破裂患者的临床表现、诊治方法。方法：选取2012年1月-2012年6月入院治疗的8例四肢骨折合并脾脏破裂的患者,研究其入院治疗的过程以及医生采取的治疗方式。结果：所选患者均为闭合伤,1例保守治疗,7例进行了手术治疗,8例患者均痊愈出院。结论：对于患者入院的早期病因诊断,结合患者受伤部位、具体受伤程度及相关辅助检查,准确判断患者脾脏受伤情况,适当时间内采取有效的治疗方式,是保证患者能够痊愈的前提条件。%　　Objective:To explore the limb fracture with splenic rupture in patients with clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment methods. Methods:From January 2012 to June 2012 admitted to treatment eight patients with limb fracture and splenic rupture,studied its admission process as well as the doctor take the treatment. Results:Selected patients were closed injury,conservative treatment in 1 case,7 cases of surgical treatment,8 patients were discharged.Conclusion:For the patients admitted to the early etiological diagnosis,patients with combined injuries,specific injury degree and with the aid of physical examination,accurate judgement in patients with splenic injuries,the appropriate time to take effective treatment modality,is to ensure that patients can recover the premise factor.
