腹腔镜胆囊切除中转开腹手术43例体会

摘要

目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中转开腹的可行性和必要性，以提高LC的安全性.方法：回顾性分析2006-2011年笔者所在医院收治的43例LC中转开腹手术患者的临床资料.结果：中转开腹率为2.80%，主动中转开腹38例，被动中转开腹5例，胆囊三角解剖不清是中转开腹的主要原因.结论：严格掌握LC的手术指征、及时中转开腹是保证患者安全、提高手术成功率的关键.%　　Objective:To explore the feasibility and necessity of laparoscopic cholecystectomy converted to open laparotomy,in order to improve the LC security.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of the hospital from 2006 to 2011 converted to laparotomy in 43 cases of LC.Results:2.80%laparotomy rate for active laparotomy 38 cases,passive laparotomy five cases,gallbladder triangle indistinct anatomy laparotomy.Conclusion:Strict control of the LC,the indications for surgery and laparotomy in a timely manner is key to ensure patient safety,improve the success rate.
