PAC服务项目对未成年人工流产群体焦虑抑郁状态的影响

摘要

目的：探讨PAC服务项目对未成年人工流产术前群体焦虑状态的影响。方法：取未实施PAC服务项目的未成年人工流产患者320例和实施PAC服务项目的未成年人工流产患者350例两组样本，分别在术后2 h进行焦虑和抑郁状态调查。结果：实施PAC服务项目的人工流产患者群体的焦虑状态明显低于未实施患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：PAC服务项目能明显降低未成年人工流产术患者群众的焦虑抑郁状态，可广泛在临床推广。%Objective:To investigate the influence of PAC services for anxiety in minors before abortion groups.Method:To select 320 minors before abortion groups without PAC services and 350 minors before abortion groups implementation of PAC services,the anxiety and depression were researched respectively in 2 hours after the operation.Result:The anxiety in PAC services patient population was significantly lower than that without the implementation group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:PAC services can significantly reduce the minor abortion state of anxiety and depression,it can be widely used in clinical practice.
